  1. I had a bio and sporting art coffee table book published years ago by Lyons Press, now part of Globe Pequot. The title went to a second printing and had excellent reviews. Is it too stale and not quite on point enought to include in a query for a novel about arson and murder? Additionally, I have, since 2018, maintained a blog now with 1,000 followers centered around a murder, suicides, and an OxyContin drug scheme carried out by outlaw bikers working with the doctor behind the Oxy who had his wife killed, and an overlapping $48 million RX drug scam carried out by prescription drug representatives and greedy doctors. Final sentencings in the RX cases are scheduled for late October. It's a potential true-crime book. Should that get alluded to in a query for a novel or is that too distracting? j
